Service Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Refund request is made within 7 days of project commencement.
- No significant work has been delivered (as mutually defined in the project scope).
- Refund request is based on genuine dissatisfaction or inability to deliver the service.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:
- Completed service deliverables
- Domain name purchases or third-party tool subscriptions
- Custom-developed applications and integrations
- Consultation sessions
Disputes and Revisions
If you are unsatisfied with a delivered milestone, we encourage you to first request revisions. We aim to resolve issues amicably before considering a refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted.
